if you find the problem persists then submit a bug report to the feedback forum or put in a support ticket, give as many details as possible to help the dev team id the fault, so things like OS, browser etc. if its something that happens as you type maybe record a video (I use the free download version from http://screencast-o-matic.com/screen_recorder for my bug reports when its needed)
