How to get help with problems

Hi ,
Please see below which will tell you where/how to get help for things most effectively.
Game Related Questions : Always check the help guide first (www.casinorpg.com/guide-doc) It contains lots of information about missions and how to get started. If your question is unanswered by this then please ask a CA in game.
Account Related Issues : In most Cases it is always best to contact support with account related issues , you should submit a ticket to the support team (see below on how to submit a ticket)
Issues with other players : In all cases this should be kept out of global , please either contact a CA in game , email me directly or submit a ticket. Please do not challenge other players in global or cause an issue. We are here to help and will do so accordingly depending on the issue.
Issues with CAs : If you have problems with the way a CA has answered a question or the way they have spoken to you then please contact the Assistant head CA (Davrock) or the Head CA (ChelseaDT) to put forward your complaint so we can investigate. If you are unable to find either of us online , please email me directly or submit a support ticket.
Ban Appeals : If you have been banned and feel this has either been in error or wish to appeal against the length please contact me directly either via pm or via email.
Reporting minor bugs : Please do this on the feedback forum.

How to submit a ticket : Click the 3 lines in the top left of your screen , then click the envelope icon. You will see a pop up box with 2 options "give feedback" and "contact support". Please select contact support and fill in your issue along with an email address , we will always respond within 24 hours , normally much sooner. Tickets are answered by the Head CA and the Dev Team depending on the issue.
