If you get an extremely demanding mission by random chance once in awhile it makes the juicy ones that much nicer.
I personally think missions of any kind should be neither easy, nor painless.

mine are rarely nice..I might get 1 good item and then next mission asks for it back most of the time..or takes something of equal or higher value

You have to feel the pain of 5 or 6 items each mission to know whats its about.
But some players will say it's a choise to do/complete missions. Many of those players chose not to tho. But missions is a big thing in this game, if players chose to stop doing missions (as I do for 2 months now) for some players the fun of the game will stop.
Part of the fun is seeing progress of your account. If the progress stops, whats left?

The game is fun because you can do several things. But in my eyes if you dont have a target in mind (or the target is in someones opinion impossible to reach) players are more set to quit the game.
So the target of one player can be the reason for another player to quit.
Its up to James to make this game less dependent on strategies of players, to be able to see more players on this site.

I agree.. I always enjoyed doing missions..but the loss for me is getting to hard..I have failed most times 3 to 4 missions out of the 15 now..that before I did not..unless then it asked for a bear or lambo..I do give it the occasional bear but not the lambo..but when they ask for 2 lambos, pool table, ping pong table and paints and give you under 450 exp and under 80K then kma that is not happening. I get 1 of those per missions ..kinda of ridiculous. Or like the other one I posted above right after that one. Tonight's all were 60K and under except one for under 80K and I had a great loss but did complete them anyways

You've convinced me. All missions SHOULD be painless, and give me maximum xp and at least one pinball machine, lambo or bear, and what gall that the more I progress the harder it gets!!

just todays market and missions market are totally off..I don't expect to make on the missions per say everytime but at least sometimes make..but I get bring me a pool table, grand piano, dark green paint bucket, navy blue paint bucket, flowering indoor plant and a bar table and your reward is 60K and 430 exp and a bar stool or other crappy item ..wth is with that constantly

harder is more fun..but ripped off big is not..I have failed missions a lot lately..and how would you kow I don't them happily I rarely say anything..I do my missions and play poker when doing them..I just think they need a overhaul.

ahem...all missions are profitable because no matter what the market is like you will always get more than est. value which is what you pay at drops. Of course a healthier market a higher payout you will receive but missions will only cost you chips if you don't come prepared. All games revolve around players creating their own strategies to get ahead. To each their own, get over it.
Keep all the items you get your hands on and use them on missions instead of selling and they won't cost a thing, pure profits. I've said too much, I should have never replied to this post. But I do walk away with a big smile and an even bigger chuckle LMAO

The fancy white chair was nice ..but that is not what I generally get..a footstool/bar stool etc. Of course I fail these missions I would be stupid to even consider them since they ask for those items 2 to 4 times a mission..If I gave I would never have a profit..how could I afford to pay out for a cyl/bear/tanning bed/gp etc., and expect to make a profit?..yes Luny walk away laughing. So I have decided I will try tasks and as someone said fail lots of missions so I can go back down to give 3 or 4 items vice the 6 I give now. I am not the only one that feels that way either. I just voiced it out loud then get someone like you carrying on..No wonder everyone is afraid to voice their own opinions..the are afraid you "oh great on" will berate them..sad

I'm going to try to compose myself from the laughter but...you posted your opinion and I posted mine. The only reason people hate when I reply is for the mere fact that I post facts. If you feel berated through the statement of facts then you obviously realized that what you've said is wrong. oh yeah this wasn't an opinionated post this was more of a complaint on the current system. Don't post anything in a public forum if you can't take all responses.

If you have all the items then you're not paying market prices. Missions aren't asking you to pay market prices either but they are rewarding you on an average of est.value and market price. A well prepared player that doesn't think about the profits they can make on the market by selling the item and are willing to take that "loss" to get a few chips in return and GAIN exp will do fine.

can you tell me why do I care about exp? What exactly do we get for it..bragging rights? I don't brag..I never tried to be numero uno. But to me exp is just a waste..poker credits is much better and that is what I am trying for. Yeah I want to be number one in poker credits.
and I never said about market prices but sometimes you run out but only because missions seems to pick what you have the least of and drain you of those..I am working on piano's but early when I first started missions I thought I had everything but nope I was wrong so I bought off the market and that cost me but I didn't care. I tried task missions but that is so boring..but now after tonights missions I am going to do them. Last nights missions I would of lost..Do you really think I am that lucky to get a lambo from the drops? Maybe once every two months I might..it is extremely rare I do unless it is on the top 3 lines and I am fast at it. I tried minimizing the screen to see more of the furniture drop unfortunatly I only have one good eye and that didn't help me at all. I stay the way it is and take what is on those 3 lines. So I buy lambos etch from good friends now and sometimes if they are priced right in shops I buy there but never under 130K now.

yep I don't do as many missions now there should be random incentive items like the bunnies the other holiday items where you may have a slight chance to get one I bet that would get people to do a whole lot more of their missions.

First off i must apologize, but i cant be bothered reading all of the other post. Sorry.
Anyway, i'm just going to say one thing. Missions are suppose to be profitable. I don't mind doing a mission and losing out a bit but its kinda annoying when you have to gather 100k+ of gear and in return get basically, nada back. Repeatedly.
I'm not complaining, just letting you all know... its totally annoying.
